I’m Luis Rivera, and my journey with the Shih Tzu breed began when I was 18 years old. These wonderful dogs captured my heart, and I’ve been actively showing them at American Kennel Club conformation shows ever since.

At LuVera, we’re thriving, celebrating each success as we finish Championships with our beautiful Shih Tzu dogs. As a small breeder, I breed for myself, driven by a passion for these magnificent creatures. My mission is clear: to produce exceptional Shih Tzu puppies that adhere to the high standards set by the American Shih Tzu Club/American Kennel Club.

For me, breeding Shih Tzu is more than a business; it’s a lifelong dedication. I’m committed to the health, well-being, and excellence of this breed.
